New parent support
Primary Caregiver & Parental Leave
We provide up to 16 weeks of paid leave (6–8 weeks of paid disability plus 8 weeks of parental leave) when you welcome a new child through birth, adoption, or foster placement.
Taking time to recharge is an important part of thriving. We’re committed to supporting your work-life balance with paid time off to relax, recover from illness, or take care of yourself or your family.
Take time for you
Our FTO Policy allows you to take paid time off when you need it, including full or partial days. FTO includes vacation time, sick time, and mental health days. It can also be used to volunteer, care for a family member, serve on a jury, observe a non-company holiday, or grieve the loss of a loved one.
