What Can I Do During Open Enrollment?

This is an active Open Enrollment. Even if you’re not making changes, you must log in during Open Enrollment to review plan updates and:

  • Review and confirm your elections.
  • Add or drop dependents from coverage.
  • Contribute to a Flexible Spending Account.

After Open Enrollment ends, you won’t be able to make changes to your coverage until the next Open Enrollment period (unless you have a qualifying event, such as marriage or the birth of a child).

Here’s What’s New for 2027

New Tarsus Benefits Site!

We’re excited to introduce our new benefits website where you’ll find all your benefits information in one location! Review this site for full plan information, documents, links, resources, and notices.

New Carriers & Enhanced Coverage

Starting in 2027, you’ll have medical coverage through Blue Shield and dental and vision coverage through Sun Life. Along with the changes, you’ll enjoy several coverage enhancements:

  • $0 Telehealth Copay: Get convenient virtual medical care at no cost to you.
  • Enhanced Vision Coverage: Receive an increased $300 allowance for frames and contact lenses.
  • More Preventive Dental Cleanings: If you enroll in the High DPPO, you’ll receive four preventive cleanings per year, two more than before.

Sun Life will also be the new carrier for your life, disability, and voluntary insurance benefits. You’ll continue to have access to valuable coverage designed to provide added financial protection when you need it.

This is an active enrollment. You must log in during Open Enrollment to review plan updates and confirm your benefit elections for 2027, even if you’re not making changes.

  1. Log in to OKTA to access the ADP enrollment system.
  2. Click Start Enrollment to begin the process.
  3. Click on each benefit option to make your plan selections.
  4. Add or change dependents, if needed.
  5. Review your choices and cost.
  6. Click Submit Enrollment to finalize your elections.
